The Műegyetemi Hallgatói Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (“MŰHASZ”) organizes the BME University Days (the “Event”). These House Rules set out the mandatory entry and conduct regulations applicable to the Event. The rights and obligations arising between MŰHASZ and attendees (“Visitors”) are governed by MŰHASZ’s General Terms and Conditions (“T&C”).

Entry is permitted only within the purchased ticket(s) validity and during official opening hours, subject to these House Rules.

The Event will be conducted in accordance with applicable COVID-19 legislation.

Free entry for under-12s. Visitors under 16 must be accompanied by a legal adult. MŰHASZ accepts no liability for damages caused by Visitors' irresponsible behavior. The police, in accordance with Act CXXII of 2005, may request ID and search bags to prevent entry of prohibited items. Any disruptive Visitor may be removed. In such cases, no refund is provided.

MŰHASZ reserves the right to limit items at the Event. The following are strictly prohibited on Event grounds: Drugs, pyrotechnics, glass containers, umbrellas, explosive/toxic/flammable substances Firearms, knives (including butterfly/spring-loaded), pepper spray, leaded canes, metal chains (>50cm), throwing stars, slingshots, or other items deemed dangerous under Government Decree 175/2003 (X.28.) Drones (unless prior written permission is granted by MŰHASZ) Any beverage container, except one unopened 0.5 L bottle of water per person, or an empty reusable CupRevolution cup or water bottle Any food is strictly prohibited One personal perfume bottle (max. 50 ml) is permitted All recording devices (cameras, audio recorders, etc.) are prohibited ➤ Except: official organizers may record the Event; all Visitor participation constitutes consent for such recordings.

Political, illegal, or objectionable expressions or content are prohibited Violators may be escorted out by security, and wristbands will be confiscated without refund

Tickets must not be copied or reproduced. Forgery or unauthorized duplication will result in legal action. Tickets include secure authentication and are verified at the gate. Discounted tickets require valid student ID and photo ID either at purchase or at entry; failure to verify leads to ticket invalidation without refund.

Passes and day tickets are exchanged for wristbands at entrance; wristbands are personal, non-transferable, and must remain visible throughout the Event. Only one wristband per ticket is permitted; wristbands will be checked on entry and exit

One student ticket per person; one day ticket per day.

The Event may proceed even in bad weather, unless stopped by a force majeure or authority order. No refunds for canceled or suspended Event parts due to such circumstances

Organizers and contractors may record video, images, and audio of the Event By attending, Visitors grant permission for their likeness or voice to be used without compensation, limited to cases where consent is not required (e.g., public figures). Usage includes promotion, reproduction, publication, adaptation, distribution, broadcast, or sale These rights are granted freely and irrevocably under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), Act CXII/2011, Act V/2013, Section 6:4(2)(3). Visitors waive claims or compensation related to such uses

All services are cash-free, payable by card, mobile payment, or prepaid Event wristband. Sustainable usage encouraged via CupRevolution reusable cups

MŰHASZ reserves the right to make program changes.
