Frequently Asked Questions

No! Students from other universities are welcome. A valid student ID is required only for Student Passes — regular day tickets and festival passes do not require one.

If government regulations force cancellation, you have three options:

  1. Carry forward your pass for next year’s event.

  2. Convert your ticket into a voucher valid at the Kármán Club.

  3. Receive a refund.

Wristbands can be picked up up to two days before the event – stay alert to our social channels for updates.

On the event days, you can collect your wristband at the official ticket booths: pre-sale, day-ticket, or complimentary sections.

Important: Only the original buyer can collect the wristband.

Bring proof of current enrollment (e.g., TO certificate), and your student pass will be accepted.

To reduce waste! You buy the cup, keep it, and if you don’t want it, you can return it for a token.

Redeem tokens for a new cup anytime during the festival.

A tokenedet a fesztivál alatt bármikor be tudod váltani új pohárra.

Important: Cups and tokens are not refundable.

If you received confirmation but no voucher (check spam/promotions folders), email jegy@muhasz.bme.hu for assistance.
